Barb joined with Harvest Alliance in 2015 and is involved in Friendship Evangelism and encouraging young believers and those who are open to hearing the truth about Christ. She is involved with the 4-14 Window Movement, a transformative ministry, placing a focus on children between the ages of 4 and 14. In 2015, the National Association of Evangelicals discovered from one of their surveys that 63% of Christians accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior between the ages of 4 and 14-years-old. This information transformed many leaders’ perspectives of children’s ministry. These years are now recognized as the key time frame to introduce a solid Christian foundation into children’s lives.
Barb is also involved strategically with Cornerstone, a ministry organization focusing on providing support to the persecuted church in all nations which restrict the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The core activities have been to deliver Bibles to the persecuted church, particularly in North Korea and China, and to encourage believers so that they in turn would be strengthened to build churches and reach their communities with the Gospel.
