Ministry Vision:  Using radio to spread the Gospel, encouragement, love, hope, and discipleship, with emphasis on the isolated population of Alaska.

Ministry Objective: We seek to encourage Voice for Christ Ministries (VFCM) KIAM listeners, the people living in the broadcast area, and our neighbors in Nenana, Alaska. We aspire to see them receive the hope of Jesus Christ. We want to share in their journey toward victorious living. We will be contributing our gifts, talent, and experience to meet the goals and objectives set forth by VFCM. As members of a small community, we will shine our light and give an account for the hope that is in us. It is our great blessing to be used by God, and we are indebted to Him for His grace towards us.

Ministry Strategy:  We will work under the direction of Station Manager and Executive Director Mike Arena to complete on-air, administrative, mechanical, and building maintenance tasks in support of VFCM's goals. We will participate in the community and create opportunities to spread the gospel throughout.

Motivation: Hebrews 3:13 - Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called 'Today,' so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness."

Ministry Reporting / Accountability:  We commit to transparent accountability by reporting to respected ministry leadership with Harvest Alliance International as well as regularly reporting to our prayer and financial support team partners and mentors.

As prodigals who have returned home to the Father, we want to share what God has shown us: the grace He has for the world, the revelation that His ways are true and separate from the lies of this world, and that he turns troubles into blessings and opportunities. We are called to share our testimony to encourage others who are suffering. Between the two of us we have experienced the worst this world has to offer: addiction, all types of abuse, violence, divorce, abandonment, estrangement, homelessness, wayward children, family dysfunction, unexpected death, suicide and attempted suicide, depression, demonic influence and many other sources of pain. The sweetest experience is forgiveness and meaning. The Lord has restored our lives to Him because human life is meaningful and we are forgiven! We are grateful to share our hope with those who may not yet see the way out of their hopelessness. The Lord has equipped us for encouragement and we are committed to answer this calling.
