As an international speaker, executive coach, leadership specialist, and motivational teacher, Phil has traveled extensively, sharing his expertise both regionally and globally.

As the founder and President of The Institute of Christian Leadership (ICL), Phil provides coaching and mentoring to leaders in government, civic societies, and churches.
